Last Updated: 28.02.2026
Welcome to FastingDuo. By accessing or using the FastingDuo website, mobile application, or related services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to use the Service in accordance with applicable law.
2. Account and Use
You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others or collect their data without consent; (c) transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others’ systems, or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated means (e.g. bots or scrapers) to access the Service without our permission; or (e) use the Service for any purpose that is harmful, abusive, or fraudulent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the FastingDuo name, logo, design, and all content and software (other than your own data), is owned by FastingDuo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Health Disclaimer
FastingDuo is a tracking and logging tool only. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Intermittent fasting may not be suitable for everyone. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting or diet regimen. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastingDuo and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (100 EUR), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. If we make material changes, we may notify you via the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country of residence.
